Short Term Vacancy – Administration Officer (Education Support 1-1)
Please attach a CV which outlines your experience and capacity to fulfil the requirements as detailed in the Position Description.
Perform routine administrative support, such as:
- Preparing standard documentation including the coordination and preparation of school circulars, newsletters and other routine school communication
- Prepare standard correspondence
- Data entry
- Provide First Aid (qualification beneficial)
- Provide routine customer service tasks such as reception, receipting payments and providing straightforward advice about the school
- Communicate and liaise with school staff to foster cooperation
- Ensure confidentiality of records is maintained
- Other administrative duties as designated by the Principal
